The service and its operator

These Terms apply to the KAAPA EXPERT website and trading workspace operated by CEXBoost LLC. By using the service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The platform provides software for connecting supported exchange accounts, configuring trading strategies, submitting orders and reviewing trading activity. Features depend on the plan, exchange availability and platform settings. It does not provide personalized investment, legal or tax advice.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and meet the eligibility requirements of your exchange and applicable local rules. You are responsible for determining whether you may use the service where you live.

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and enable available security controls. Do not share accounts without authorization, impersonate another person, bypass access controls or misuse the service. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Exchange connections and trading authority

You authorize the platform to use the exchange API permissions you provide to perform the actions you configure, including automated order submission. Review API permissions carefully and keep withdrawal permissions disabled.

Your trading funds are held in your exchange account, rather than deposited into a platform trading wallet. You remain responsible for strategy settings, order size, leverage, fees and monitoring. This does not eliminate losses, exchange failures or API security risks.

Pausing a bot, disconnecting an API key or ending a subscription may not cancel orders or close positions already held at an exchange. Review and manage these directly with the exchange when necessary.

Plans, trials and payment approval

Review the price, duration, included features and limits displayed before purchasing. Subscription fees are separate from exchange fees, funding charges, network fees and trading losses. Trial access is limited to the duration and conditions shown when activated.

Manual payment submissions require admin verification. A submitted transaction reference or proof does not itself mean that a package is active. The subscription status in your workspace indicates whether approval is pending or access is active.

Use the exact payment destination, asset and network shown at checkout. Transactions on an incorrect network or to an incorrect address may be unrecoverable. Any recurring billing or renewal arrangement must be stated in the checkout or billing terms applicable to that purchase.

No-refund policy

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, including for a change of mind, unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with trading results or losses incurred while using a strategy. Review the service and any available trial before purchasing.

This policy does not exclude refunds, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. If you believe there is a duplicate charge, an incorrect payment or another billing error, contact support with the order reference so it can be investigated. Never send passwords, private keys or full API secrets to support.

Trading outcomes and service availability

No strategy, bot, calculator, illustration or past result guarantees future performance or a profit. Paper trading uses simulated funds and may differ materially from live trading. Read the Risk Disclosure before enabling live execution.

Markets, exchange APIs, hosting systems and network connections can fail or become unavailable. Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled or executed at a different price. Stop-loss and profit-lock settings cannot guarantee an exit price or prevent every loss.

Restrictions, access and changes

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive traffic, unauthorized system access, market manipulation or infringement of another person's rights. Do not interfere with other accounts or attempt to avoid billing or security restrictions.

Access may be restricted for security concerns, misuse, non-payment, plan expiry or operational reasons. Features and supported integrations may change. You should retain your own important records and maintain access to your exchange independently of the platform.

Responsibility and applicable rights

You are responsible for your trading choices and for assessing whether the software is suitable for your circumstances. The service is not a promise to preserve capital or compensate trading losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Questions about account access, billing or these Terms should be sent to the support contact below. Updates to these Terms will be reflected by the updated date on this page.
